Who We Are
With over 25 years of experience as a N.Y. State licensed residential and commercial real estate appraiser, investors and landlords, the partners of Clear & Clean, Jack and Kurt, have learned, through hands on experience, how to properly maintain your home and protect your investment.

Clear & Clean started with a single question during an appraisal from a homeowner preparing to sell their home… “what can I do to make my house look more attractive to buyers”?

Making a house attractive, safe and protecting it from mother nature’s harsh elements is a result of regular cleaning and maintenance. When we buy a car, we ask “how long is the warranty?”, our computers are defended and cleaned regularly by virus protection programs, and smart phones have damage insurance plans and protective cases. Our homes, which for many of us, are our largest investment, need the same attention.
